Your system, your accounts. MeshHand runs on a server you own, against your own Prophet 21 licence, using an AI account in your name. Your AI provider bills you directly at their own rates. We set a hard monthly spending cap on that account during setup, so there are no surprises. We don't resell Hermes, Prophet 21 or AI usage.
What our fees cover: our consulting. Setup, configuration, recipes, monitoring and support. Hermes Agent, the open-source engine MeshHand is built on, is free under the MIT licence. Your Prophet 21 licence stays between you and Epicor.
Custom recipes outside Scale are built at our published AI Automation hourly rate, minimum 10 hours. Every recipe on your server keeps working for you, even if you stop working with us.
Setup covers discovery, P21 access, setting up and hardening your own server and AI account, vault and data load, the first three recipes verified, and Control Tower onboarding.
Contract includes a 5% annual price adjustment from day one.
