Capabilities

Six skills. That is the product.

Each one replaces a job somebody on your team does by hand, and each one ends as a recommendation in Control Tower waiting for approval.

credit-hold-review · Hero skill

Credit hold review

Replaces: the controller pulling the credit hold report, opening each customer's aging, deciding, and releasing.

Lands in Control Tower: a release recommendation per order with aging and history attached, waiting for approval.
p21-heal

Failed-write recovery

Replaces: a CSR noticing a stuck order hours later, calling IT, and someone re-keying it.

Lands in Control Tower: a recovered write with the fix applied and the record read back for verification.
p21-order-entry

Order entry

Replaces: a CSR re-keying emailed and texted orders into P21 by hand.

Lands in Control Tower: a drafted P21 order with credit and disabled-column checks already passed, waiting for approval.
order-monitor

Order monitoring

Replaces: someone running open order and back-order screens every morning.

Lands in Control Tower: an exception list: what changed overnight, what is late, what needs a decision.
po-receipt-chaser

PO receipt chasing

Replaces: a buyer scanning open POs for overdue receipts and deciding who to call.

Lands in Control Tower: today's vendor call list with PO numbers and days late.
ar-aging-brief

AR aging brief

Replaces: an AR clerk running aging, comparing to last week, and picking who to call.

Lands in Control Tower: who slipped a bucket this week and who is worth a call before Friday.

Under the hood

A scheduler, a memory vault, an audit log, and a daily brief make these six skills run without anyone touching them. You do not buy those separately. They come with every install.

Control Tower

The screen a controller opens at 8 AM.

It answers three questions: what does MeshHand want to do, what has it already done, and can I trust it.

Queue

One row per pending recommendation: customer, order, value, hold reason, exposure line, lane, top three drivers, recommended action. Approve, modify, or reject with a note. The tab title shows the count so you see "Control Tower (9)" without clicking.

Audit log

Append-only. One row per event, searchable by customer, order, date, and user. Recommendations, approvals, writes started and verified, skill runs with cost. This is what your auditor sees.

Weekly report

Emailed as PDF every Monday at 7 AM. Orders reviewed, released, held. Revenue released and held. Agreement rate. Controller time saved. Watch list. Model cost against allowance. This report is what earns the renewal.
