MeshHand
Operated by P21 veterans

MeshHand.
AI staff for Prophet 21.

An extra hand inside your P21 that reviews credit holds, recovers failed writes, and enters orders before your team gets in. Every action waits for your approval and lands in an audit log your controller can read.

Proven in production. MeshHand has run unattended at Santa Maria Lodge 220 in Warren, Michigan since January 2025, delivering scheduled member communications with zero missed runs.
Runs daily on real P21. Every skill below runs each morning against Mesh Connector's own Prophet 21 environment before it ships to a customer.
What it does before 8 AM

Six jobs. Each one is something a person on your team does by hand today.

Every job ends the same way: a recommendation or a drafted action sitting in Control Tower, waiting for a person to approve it.

01 · Hero skill

Reviews every order on credit hold

With the customer's aging and payment history beside it, and recommends release or hold.

Lands as: a release recommendation per order, aging and history attached.
02

Recovers failed P21 writes

Applies known-good fixes and reads the record back to confirm, instead of a CSR noticing a stuck order hours later.

Lands as: a recovered write with the fix applied and verified.
03

Enters emailed and texted orders

Into P21 with the disabled-column and credit-limit traps already solved.

Lands as: a drafted P21 order, checks passed, waiting for approval.
04

Checks open orders and back-orders

And reports what changed overnight, what is late, and what needs a decision.

Lands as: an exception list, not a screen you have to run.
05

Chases overdue purchase orders

Scans open POs for overdue receipts and tells your buyer which vendor to call today.

Lands as: today's vendor call list with PO numbers and days late.
06

Runs AR aging

Compares to last week and flags who slipped a bucket and who is worth a call before Friday.

Lands as: a short call list, ranked.

How it works

One morning with the credit hold skill.

7:30 AM

Agent credit-hold-review wakes.

Reads its skill file: pull the credit hold queue, attach aging and 12-month history, apply release rules, draft recommendations.

7:31 AM

Reads memory.

Release threshold: under $2,500 and current within 30 days. Never auto-release accounts flagged by Karen in AR. Recipients: controller, AR lead.

7:33 AM

Checks P21.

14 orders on hold. 9 meet release rules. 3 exceed the threshold. 2 are flagged accounts.

7:38 AM

Lands in Control Tower.

9 release recommendations, 5 hold recommendations with reasons. Nothing has changed in P21 yet.

8:05 AM

Controller approves 8, holds 1, adds a note.

The 8 releases execute. Each is read back and verified. The audit log records who approved what and why.

8:06 AM

Done.

The controller is on to the next thing.

4 mininstead of 45

What used to take the controller most of an hour took four minutes of approving, holding, and one note. Same decisions, same person making them, without the pulling and cross-referencing.

Under the hood

A scheduler, a memory vault, an audit log, and a daily brief make the six skills run without anyone touching them. You do not buy those separately. They come with every install.

Guarded writes

MeshHand reads P21 freely. It writes only through verified recipes.

Guarded writes are the value and the liability. So the safety is visible, in code, and in a log nobody can rewrite.

  • 1

Proposed first, executed after approval. Every write waits for a person, or for a pattern you have explicitly marked auto-approve.

  • 2

Read back and verified. Every write is read back from P21 before it is marked complete.

  • 3

Idempotency key on every write. A retry cannot double-post.

  • Some things it will never do, in code, not in a prompt. Raise a credit limit. Brute-force a failed write. Delete a record.

  • 5

Append-only audit log. Every action, including who approved each write, in a log nobody can rewrite.
